Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. For custom prescription orders, please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for our laboratory to craft your lenses to our exacting standards.

How can I return or exchange my eyewear?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all frames in their original, unworn condition. Simply use the prepaid return label included in your package or visit one of our boutique locations for an exchange or refund.

Do you offer prescription lens services online?

Yes, you can upload your valid prescription during the checkout process. We offer a variety of premium lens options, including anti-reflective coatings, blue light filters, and polarized sun lenses.

What kind of warranty comes with my frames?

Every pair of Oliver Peoples frames is covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, lens scratches, or accidental damage.

How do I ensure I am selecting the right frame size?

Each product page includes detailed measurements (lens width, bridge width, and temple length). You can also use our Virtual Try-On tool or visit a boutique for a professional fitting.
