Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure a secure and tracked shipment.
Package Your Frames
Place the eyewear in its original protective case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and authenticity cards are included before sealing the package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
